COVID Considerations

We know that our community is undergoing a spike in COVID infections, and we understand the anxiety that produces when thinking about attending an event. We are monitoring the situation and will make every effort to ensure the safety of all of those who attend. Below, you will find some of our protocols, which are in flux and are subject to changes.

During peak spikes in Covid-19, we hope to hold as many events as we can outside, and we feel like this is a solid precaution built-in to the event.

We will also be reducing table sizes to allow for physical distancing.

We are also encouraging vaccinations for all participants, knowing this is the best way to stop the spread.

We are also offering the option for our most vulnerable populations to request vaccinated-only or masked-only tables.

We also want to give other options to increase safety.

We are giving participants the option of bringing their own meal if they wish in order to limit contact.
